BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE's TUCK Interviewed On 101.7 THE FOX; Video Available
July 14, 2009Scott Less of Santa Rosa, California's 101.7 The Fox radio station conducted an interview with guitarist/vocalist Matt Tuck of Welsh metallers BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE on July 11, 2009 at the second show of this year's Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California. Watch the chat below.
BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE recently entered a Malibu, California studio with producer Don Gilmore (LINKIN PARK, LACUNA COIL) to begin recording its third album for an early 2010 release.
Regarding lyrical themes for the new material, Tuck previously told U.K.'s Metal Hammer magazine, "There's one song that's about not being able to have what you want. Being in the band, it doesn't happen much. When it comes to girls, you can have the pick of the bunch, but you always want what you can't have, y'know… but it's this one chick, man… so it's a song about obsession."
The upcoming CD will be the follow-up to "Scream Aim Fire", which has sold 313,000 copies in the United States since its January 2008 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
